Clear medium amber deap red colour with a small to average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white with pink notes head. Aroma is moderate to heavy berries, cherry, raspberry, red wine, very intense berry aroma - nice, funky. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, sweet cherry, raspberry tart and sweet, cherry and raspberry fruity, tart cherries, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO just lovely ;-) [20120804]

Clear medium to dark red colour with a small to average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy berries, cherry, raspberry, tart cherry, tart rapsberry, sour, very intense berry. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, raspberry, dry, wood, tart, cheery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120818]

Bottled. A deep red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, and lemons, leading to a dry finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a fully gone head. Aroma is cherry fruity and acidic. Spiced, tart and citric. Smooth fruity, cherry and crisp. Tart and citric into a smooth fruity and citric finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear red with a tiny off-white head. Sweet and spicy cherry aroma - a rather sophisticated overripe cherry accent. Medium body, sweet and tart cherry accents, carbonation is quite rich, some tannins but the tartness is not overpowering. A very elegant beer. 200812

Bottled@chriso pre-gbbf shindig 2012. Rosé colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, raspberries, strawberries, cherries and some mild cherry stones along with some tart wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, raspberries, strawberries and cherry in a quite nice mix. Mild dry wooden notes as well. Somehow this one didn’t impress me that much.

Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, berries and red wine with notes of toothpaste.
Fruity and light acidic flavour of oak, berries and red wine.
Tart finish of red wine.

Bottle. Pours a deep reddish color with a small fast disappearing off-white head. Has a fruity sour tart cherry aroma. Fruity sour tart cherry flavor with hints of almond. Has a fruity sour tart cherry finish.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering Ulfborg, 2012. Pours pink with a small white head. Fruity acidic. Funk, wood and incredible fresh raspberries. Crisp, funky and smooth. Really tasty and harmonic Rodenbach.

Hazy dark amber color with red light. Very nice fruity aroma, raspberries, some fruit stones. Highly carbonated, with some cherry flavor, medium tartness, maybe too much sweetness for this beer; traces of acetone in the end. Not overly complex, but good.

Bottle @ Summer Gathering, Ulfborg. Nice head with good duration. Color is ruby. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, cherries, wood and malt. Nice sour with good acidity. Very refreshing.
