Keg in the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Pours slightly hazy amber with a big frothy cream head. The aroma is sweet balsamic vinegar with a touch of cider. The taste is tart and sour. Funky lemon with tobacco and a dry finish. A touch thin. Otherwise very nice.

On draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Dark amber colored, reasonably big head. Powerful nose, lactic acid, tart, fruity, wood. Vert tart flavor, lactic acid, fruit, quite some wood. Very thin mouthfeel. Acidic finish. The flavor is pretty intense, which is great, but the mouthfeel is really thin. Not bad, but i like their other brews better.

Prufrockstar (1775) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 24, 2015
Draft at bottleworks. Ruddy red/brown pour. Small ring of bubbles at the edge. Minimal lacing. Oak, vanilla, quiet cherry, pleasingly tart, light cheerios. Medium body, slick texture, basically flat, but still feels nice enough.

beastiefan2k (3204) - Emerald City (formely NYC & KS), Washington, USA - NOV 24, 2015
Draft at Bottleworks. Cant believe this is available in the States. Completely flat pour. Aroma has a little sweet vanilla barrel, one lightly acetic cherry, which is nicely buffered by the barrel. Flavor is less barrel and less acetic. The mouthfeel is actually very nice for despite the lack of carbonation. Zinger of sour kick at the end. Cool experience, not necessarily something I need to seek out again. I guess there is a reason they blend this beer.
