COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.

Dette var snoop. Frisk fruktig bær smak. Noe syrlig tilnermet vin smak. Et øl jeg gjerne drikker igjen. Ps ikke noe for wiskey hatere.

Draft at BXL East. Pours deep reddish brown with a foamy tan head. Aroma is bright tartness of cherries and lemon with some woody and earthy funkiness. Taste is very well balanced with sour notes of tart cherries and other fruits, vinegar, oak and earth. Really soft carbonation and a lovely balance to this beer. Really enjoyed this one.

Pours actual red, unlike a red ale. Underwhelming at first, needs to warm up. Wood, vinegar, cherry on the nose, vinegar and dark current flavour, wood, vinegar, vinous finish.

Indonesia often has only one condiment at soup restaurants: vinegar. I pour it in like a fiend, I’ve got odd tastes that way. I guess this is why I find this beer absolutely stellar... bought another six today. A classic, as elegant as a good wine, at 1/10 the price. Hope it doesn’t become better known because I’m cheap.

On tap at Bulldog NE, nice ruby brown pour with minimal white head. Aroma is some cherry, lemon and yeast funk. Taste is a very big puckering sour lemon, with great cherry flavor blended in, finishes smoothly with a nice lingering tartness, solid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33cl bottle. Had a clear red brown sparkling appearance with a small beige head. A very sour beer with high carbonation. Has hints of citrus and cassis. A very special beer!

Bottle. Mahogany with a thin head. Aroma is fairly heavy dark fruit. Flavour is champagne bitter, dried fruit and plum on a very dry palate. Finish is very dry wine like.

Red brown colored beer with hardly any head. Fruity sourish aroma and taste. Dark fruits, notes of caramel. Dry sourish fruity aftertaste.

Bottle @ home.

Bottle in the hotel in Bucharest, Romania, bought at Beer O’clock, March 2013. Clear reddish brown with cream-coloured foam, Candy, pickle-juice, alcohol and sour wine aroma, rather delicate sourness and fruity taste. Light body, delicate fizz and relatively easy to drink.
