A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.

Corpo medio e carbonazione media.

This is a very fine beer indeed. There is so much going on when you taste this, itís hard to describe. It has a fantastic aroma, itís sour and sweet, it has good body, and a lovely oaky finish. A real classic, unique in its kind, and no other in the style comes even close.

Reddish brown pour from 22oz bottle from Blackwells. Off white head. Sweet, apple, cherry, musty, and flowery aroma. Taste is cherry, tart, grape, a tad vanilla, and apple. Flows like water, so smooth and delicious. One of the best of this style that iíve had.

Taste is mainly sour cherries, a slight bit of vinegar as well, but the tartness is offset by a sweetness. Good beer.
