Bottle: Filtered.
A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.

Pours a deep amber almost brown color with an off white head. Strong aroma of alcohol maybe oxidation. Has the palate of a dry cider, the taste is intense with notes of citrus notably of lemon juice. Finishes like a dry white wine, definately an awesome brew for fans of sours.

Bottle at home with the wife. Pours a reddish brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart dark fruits, cherry, wood, vinegar, yeast, hint of caramel, the tart/sour character is nice, easy drinking sour.

11.2oz bottle. Pours a rich reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of cherries. Sour taste of cherries, plum, and a little oak. Sourness is balanced well with sweetness. Wine-like finish. Medium carbonation. Great, smooth mouthfeel.

Pours a brown reddish colour, with a small head that fades soon. Great lace. Aroma of cherries, wood is very present, vinegar, leather, funky notes. Medium body, good carbonation, acid thick palate. Taste is very sour, with cherries, plums, wood, sherry, brandy. Great.

Nice dark brown/amber beer with a fine head. Definitely didn’t expect the sour and sweetness. But after recovering from the shock it turned out to be an amazing fruity beer.

330 ml bottle. Dark brown with red tint, off-white head and some lacing. Obviously sour taste but also sweet

Rating #1754 - 2015.06.24 - Bottle at 7degrees Beer School. Pours a deep reddish brown with a bubbly head that disapparates rather quickly. Aroma is berries, wild cherries, sour plum tartness - rich, fruity texture. Palate is well balanced - lots of tart cherry, sweetness from the barrel component, some woody oak components, and a leathery bitter funk note - lovely sour/bruin.

Bardzo pięknie bordowe z delikatną pianką. Złożone i wyraźne. Smakuje jak wytrawne czerwone wino. Niebo w gębie.

A nice clear and almost amber color, with a fine thick tan head. Good lacing. Looks really inviting. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a fine smooth carbonation. A very fine balance between sweetness , acidity and sourness. Vinegar, fruity, toffee and vinous. An unusual mellow and balanced sour ale.
