3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
To start off I don’t usually like sours, this one is good. Poured into a tulip from a bottle, very nice reddish brown color with minimal head, the aroma is tart giving a hint of the sourness to come, the taste is fruity, grape and lemon being prominent, the carbonation is nice not too crisp, mild hint of bitterness with residual tartness.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a trade with YantarCoast. Thanks. Cloudy amber to red. Off-white head. Well-lacing. The aroma is malty & yeasty. Dried fruit, candy, fruity acidity. Minimal wildness. Light to medium body. The flavour is light sweet and medium sour. A bit vinous. Nicely malty. Fruity. Low to light bitterness. Very well tasting.

Taste has cider-like acidity, crispy, fruity sweetness. Acid-sour finish.
Watery palate, very refreshing acidity

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a tulip glass. The appearance is a dark ruby red with a small white head. The aroma is heavy on cherry and has a sour take on the smell. The taste is very sour and has a very good cherry flavor. A really great beer.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours reddish brown from the bottle. Aroma is cherry, sour apple. Taste is up front sour, very sour, with notes of green apple and apple vinegar. Very nice palate: medium bodied, well carbonated but not aggressively so. It goes down easy and the rich smoothness helps balance the sharp, vinegary overtones. Finish is cherry sweet with a lingering tartness. An intriguing beer and all the more so for the intense sour sweet explosion of flavor without any added sugar or fruit. Amazing stuff. That said this is a niche beer for me, and not something I would seek out on a weekly basis.

4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Almost black with little beige head. Aroma is clove, lots of berries and a grassy ticklish note. Taste is very sweet and sour, reminds me of fizzy tablet. Lots of small bubbles. Very nice.

Pours dark brown, substantial light brown head. Aroma of dark fruits, plums, raisins, figs, cola, cocoa. A Tangiers that might be vinegar. Taste is sour cherry, plum, toffee, quite tart finish with hints of cocoa and cola. Medium mouthfeel.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Bottle) Pours a rather murky dark brown with a thin beige head - not very attractive! Aroma is fruit, funk and vinegar - odd, interesting and slightly challenging. Great palate - smooth, plenty of body and lovely velvety carbonation. Taste is assertive, unusual and very nice. There’s an intense fruitiness - raspberries and berries - and pleasant tartness. There’s also some initial funkiness. A long tart, fruity complex finish. A very impressive beer.
