COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.

Very refreshing beer. Nice combination of sour and sweetness with a nice dry finish. They say it finishes like wine and I'd have to agree. Don't be scared of the word sour. If you enjoy wine from time to time, give this a taste. - check out more at www.beeriam.com

This tastes rather like a Belgian naturally fermented beer, it is dark and fruity with a sour taste as per lambic beers. It’s rather nice.

pours into a brownish red body with a limited off white head that quickly disappears. aroma is tart and sweet with a slight vinegar bite. the flavor is stronger with vinegar though the sweetness is now brought out more with a fruity flavour. a pleasant drink and one id enjoy again.

From a trade with YantarCoast. Thanks. Cloudy amber to red. Off-white head. Well-lacing. The aroma is malty & yeasty. Dried fruit, candy, fruity acidity. Minimal wildness. Light to medium body. The flavour is light sweet and medium sour. A bit vinous. Nicely malty. Fruity. Low to light bitterness. Very well tasting.

On tap. Frothy off-white head with medium retention. Clear reddish brown colour Aroma has sourness, roasted, some fruitiness (plum). A little Champagne-like. Taste has cider-like acidity, crispy, fruity sweetness. Acid-sour finish. Watery palate, very refreshing acidity

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a tulip glass. The appearance is a dark ruby red with a small white head. The aroma is heavy on cherry and has a sour take on the smell. The taste is very sour and has a very good cherry flavor. A really great beer.
