4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at Milosí. My first sour beer and I liked it quite a bit! Opens up an entirely new avenue in my beer drinking adventures, which, of course, as a grad student is exactly what I want and donít want all at the same time! Drinks very smooth, smoother than I thought it would. Definitely lots of red wine type flavours going on but thereís never any mistake this is a beer. In terms of the style, as this is my first Iím not sure how it stacks up to others as well. I guess I have more beers to try now! Really liked it though, very interesting and solid beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home with the wife. Pours a reddish brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart dark fruits, cherry, wood, vinegar, yeast, hint of caramel, the tart/sour character is nice, easy drinking sour.

11.2oz bottle. Pours a rich reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of cherries. Sour taste of cherries, plum, and a little oak. Sourness is balanced well with sweetness. Wine-like finish. Medium carbonation. Great, smooth mouthfeel.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Nice dark brown/amber beer with a fine head. Definitely didnít expect the sour and sweetness. But after recovering from the shock it turned out to be an amazing fruity beer.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Rating #1754 - 2015.06.24 - Bottle at 7degrees Beer School. Pours a deep reddish brown with a bubbly head that disapparates rather quickly. Aroma is berries, wild cherries, sour plum tartness - rich, fruity texture. Palate is well balanced - lots of tart cherry, sweetness from the barrel component, some woody oak components, and a leathery bitter funk note - lovely sour/bruin.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A nice clear and almost amber color, with a fine thick tan head. Good lacing. Looks really inviting. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a fine smooth carbonation. A very fine balance between sweetness , acidity and sourness. Vinegar, fruity, toffee and vinous. An unusual mellow and balanced sour ale.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
