COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.

Pours a deep, dark crimson color. Some slightly tan head. Aroma is sweet and yeasty, some molasses notes. Flavor is sour and fruity, with dark oak notes. Definitly hints of cherry. Palate is effervescent, but somewhat thick. Overall... wow. Thanks to my friend Eddy for this!

comlex taste to explain - the sours rule, but the overall taste is just "magic". Always in my cellar - but being belgian, thazt should not be too difficult. Nor a surprise.

Pours a dark cloudy brown color with a small beige head. Aroma is mostly sour apple, plums and dark cherries, champagne. Medium sweetness on the taste with a medium to strong sour finish. Bubbly mouthfeel, kind of feels like a sour bubbly champagne and its very good

0.33 bottle, served in snifter. Disappointing, minimal and quickly disappearing head. Dark brown color, hazy, unclear. Lots of sourness in aroma, mostly apple, some plum nad cherries. I also found some nuts (resembles crystal malt, not sure if it was used here). When it comes to taste, not so sour as many lambics, but thats not a disadvantage for me. However, I can still fell nut flavour, apart from fruits and some earthy flavours. Aftertaste is mildly sour along with medium finish. Average carbonation. Its a great beer and worth recommending example of a style. Usually hard to get, but dont hesitate if you find one anywhere.

Bue à la pression. Forte acidité, on est sur le fruit rouge à fond. Bière assez sèche au palais. Pas mon style mais très bien faite dans son genre.
