I’m fairly new to sour beers but trying new things is always a bonus. The deep amber color is gorgeous with a finger of off-white foam that disappears gradually. Aroma of sweet dark fruit and spicy brett matches the taste. Starts out very sour but gets milder as you drink it. Very tasty.

Poured cloudy deep copper with a small "fizzy" head. Like a cider with a sweet and then sour. Well made brew made for sipping.

Bottle from tytoanderso, thanks man. Poured a deep garnet-red color with some ruby highlights and a thick, dense light beige head that slowly receded to a thick layer. Tart, fruity aroma with hints of cherry, red grape, oak, some acetic acid, and that vinegar-like Rodenbach yeastiness. Tart, lightly puckering entry with some light vinegar and acidity along with some sour cherry and oak and a finish that pairs some light sweetness and hints of grape skin with a dry, lightly funky yeastiness. Palate is left lightly dry with a nice hint of oak. Not overly sour, but well done and enjoyable. Thanks again Ty.

750ml bottle-pours huge overflowing, no, an "exuberant presentation" as joet says [ok, I read the thread on Arbor Brewing bottled beers]. Rocky/foamy tan head with red/brown color. Aroma is sour cherries/apples, spice, oak, medium malt, some antiseptic/astringent notes. Taste is very sweet/tart/fermented/sour cherries/apples, spice, oak, medium/dark malt, some antiseptic/acidic notes. Complex, finishes semidry and puckering. Interesting/occasional/sipping.

Fruity and acidic nose, even vinegar-like. Sharp acidity is balanced by light fruity sweetness. Clean, complex, delicate.

Tulip glass. After fighting the cork off and almost dropping the whole bottle...poured a black walnut color, with a thin but resilient white head. Aroma heavy of basalmic vinegar, red fruits, light chardonnay sour. Sour bite on first taste, green apples, tangerine, unripe grapes, vinegar and coolness. Bitey smooth mouth feel, slight metallic flavor that others have mentioned now that I have looked. Nothing too terrible, thoroughly enjoyable.
