Draft. Red color. Smell is malt and cherry$ taste is not overly tart. Really nice and easy drinking

0.33L can in Brussels. Pours a deep brown amber. Smells sour with hints of yeast and malt. Aroma could be a bit more intense. Tastes of sour anddark fruit with layers of sweetness that peal away to reveal a sour core in the finish. The flavor isn’t as intense as sine lambics, however. Has a smooth mouthfeel with only slight carbonation. A good beer, though not the best iambic.

Hmm - not exactly what I was expecting. Isn’t very sour at all. Faint berry, earth and funk nose. Tastes are timid up front then a slight tropical berry sour sneaks through. Nice palate. Overall a little disappointed.

bottle@bar: sour but restrained cherries, hint of wine vinegar, both sweet & sour, middling/not overt, slightly acidic but mostly sour finish, good beginner sour /// draft: very nice but tasted a bit too young for me, mellower, slightly sweet cherries, brown sugar, sweet malt & tinniest hint of red wine vinegar, little funk (rating is for bottle version, preferable version)

Small bottle. Hazy dark amber body, low head. Slightly sour taste of pomegranate. Finish reveals some malt. Just a lighter version of Grand Gru but cost nearly as much.

Serving: 750 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. The nose has a bit of nail polish and light funk. The flavor is lightly tart and well balanced by a light sweetness. I get light berry notes and a slightly nutty underpinning. Very well balanced and a good choice for those who don’t like their sours over the top sour.

Pours dark red mahogany with thin tan head and good lacing. Aroma is tart and smells of preserves. Flavor is very tart. Taste of grapes and a little winey. Very clean finish. Very refreshing. A great beer.

My first ever sour/wild ale.Pours a beautiful dark ruby red. Smell and taste of tart apple and vinegar; very vinous. A little too much candy-ish flavor. Light body. Pretty good beer.
