Ottima

murky brownish/orange with a small light brown head that just forms on the top of the beer.i pick up caramel malts, cherries, some funk, and berries.flavor is oak,and the rest of the aroma flavors.not as complex as the grand cru but still really nice.

22oz bottle. Pours a reddish mahogany with a good sized beige head. Some sourness in the nose, with alot of sweet red fruit aroma, a slight vanilla note. Slightly sharp and sour at the start with a bit of metallica and some vanilla and vineagar in the finish. An ok sour but I’ve had many that were better.

A little hazy, dark red beer, with a off white head. The aroma is a little sour, with some sweets of fruit. Also some wood tones. The taste of red cherries, sour and woody. Also fruit notes, like prune. A little bit watery. A fresh beer.

750 ml bottle from Country Club Liquors; Nose has a note of light tartness, brown sugar, and cherries; Hazy brown with a small tan head; flavor is lightly tart, with cherry and berry notes; finish is fruity with very slight tartness; not a very sour ale!

Pours a reddish brown with little to no head. Aroma of sour funky vinegar cidery goodness. Flavor is sour, cidery, fruit, vinegar and much more. Very easy to drink and quite refreshing. More please.

Bottle at the Peculier Pub (it was called Rodenbach Red on the menu, causing me to hope, in vain, that it was the Redbach but alas). Pours a dark red with no head. Aroma is tart and funky. Flavor of tart candies, very sweet. Pretty similar to the Grand Cru, maybe it’s a little sweeter. Good beer though!

On tap. Pours dark reddish brown with a creamy beige head that lasts till the last zip of the beer. Acidic aroma of sour cherry and malts. Flavour is a bit sour with dark berry notes. Tart aftertaste.
