Bottle. Pours opaque cola brown rouge with a tinged red light tan head. Not altogether too resilient, but leaving a ring around the tulip. Sweet malts underly a vinegar sour tart cherry and woody character on the nose. Very refreshing spritzy carbonation and creamy light spritzy mouthfeel, light medium body, sweet malts balanced with a sour tartness and subtle woody notes. Finish is lightly sweet, with the sour tarness coming through balancing for a very satisfying finish.

Piwo brązowe, mętne. Piany niemal brak. W aromacie kwaśne, trochę owocowe wino. W smaku łagodnie, ciekawie wyważone między kwaśnością i słodyczą. Średnia pełnia i wysycenie. Rześkie.

Draught. Brown hazy beer, with a small brownish head. Aroma is sour, vinous, oak wood, acetic. Taste is nicely sweet, perfectly balanced by the lactic/acetic notes. Medium body, sour finish lasting long in the mouth. Extremely refreshing, a great beer!

Bottle. Nose is balsamic vinegar, raspberry hint of leather. Taste is balsamic, raspberry, slight sherry, wine, berry, only lightly sour. Mouth feel is thin. I’ve not had this beer in years always choosing the grand cru and in comparison it feels underpowered and a little bland. Drinking it I was always aware of what it was not rather than what it was.

BB 26.10.2017. Poured a translucent dark toffee-brown colour with a one-finger light tan dense foam head that retained well and laced OK. Carbonation high and fine. Aroma of sweet berry fruits, hints of cherry and wine-like hints; overall has a malted caramel sweetness with hints of sourness. Taste is initially of slightly sweet berries followed by a slight sourness; not overly sour or acidic/tart. Light body, a bit thinner than I was expecting. Clean, soft and slightly dry with a short-lived nice sweet fruits plus a slight sourness on the finish. Very refreshing.

On tap @ la tireuse Toulouse. Whoww. Robe rousse foncée, tete dense et collante. Nez fruits rouges très puissant. Bouche riche de fruits, raisins, alcool. Forte carbonation. Palais mi-long. A essayer.

A red cloudy beer with a short cream-colored head, medium sour with oak, finish is also sour but not long and a litlle bit dry, very fresh, (I have 0.33l can with batch 5M06 01:32 and best-before 26.10.2017)

Bottle. Pours is dark ruby with very thick reddish head that lasts only for seconds. Funky, leather, cherry, wet leaves. Taste is light sweet with some acidic notes, cherries on tongue. Light body, thick texture, fruity fresh finish.

Bottle, Red/brown color with a slight white head. Aroma of vinegar, slight fruit sweetness. Taste is watered balsamic vinegar with earthy hints. Overall it is feels watered down and lacks some punch and flavour other than balsamic vinegar.
