4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
11.2oz Bottle. The pour was a dark cranberry red with an average (1-2 finger) light brown fizzy head that fully diminished in a short time, leaving behind virtually no lacing at all.
The aroma was quite compelling with some sweet malts and a tart Brett yeast, along with notes of dark fruit (black cherry, raspberry and cassis), candi sugar and a slight port wine presence.
The taste was bold and flavorful with a malty sweet tartness and a good fruity note along with some candi sugar to start, then became nice and yeasty with a strong sour port presence towards the end. The flavor lasted an average duration following the swallow, with a fruity sour wine taste fading ever so slowly.
Mouthfeel was a about medium in body and dry in texture with an almost medium carbonation.
Overall this brew creates a fruity sour explosion on the taste buds, which I personally love. It has tons and tons of flavor, a fantastic drinkability and possesses a low ABV. Damn it’s good...

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
5.2% ABV. Sour Ale.
Poured out a a cloudy brown. 25şSRM.
Nose is surprisingly sweet with peach and apricot and nectar-like honey aromas..
Mouthfeel is watery. There acetic like sourness fades very quickly to reveal some nice sweet dark malt flavors of burnt sugar and a kettle corn like sweetness, featuring pale popped corn and burnt sugar.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
0,25l bottle at home. BB 11.08.2016. dark brown color, small off-white head. smells acidic, lots of caramel, fruity, honey, tobacco. medium body, medium carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of caramel, honey, tobacco, lightly sour, light fruity notes, nuts, light sweetness, some plums. finishes bitter sweet with notes of caramel and light fruity notes. a bit too malt heavy for me, too much sweetness, the other notes dont work together so well with the sweetness. overall decent though.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Reddish brown color, a bit mahogany with a trickle of foam fighting to stay alive that is barely off white in color. I perceive this to be a bit hazy. Some fruitiness in the aroma such as plum and orange, but there is no way to avoid that acidic aroma that is borderline vinegary, but nowhere near as prevalent as seen in Ducchesse de Bourgogne. Very light bodied. Not as shocking as an Oud Bruin, but everything here leaves something further to be desired. Not my cup of tea.

Brązowe, pod światło rubinowe piwo o słabej pianie, która dość szybko redukuje się do zera. Aromat kwaśny, kanaliza. W smaku kwaśne, a w tle jakby wiśniowe. Goryczka niska. Ogólnie dość dobry kwach, zapewnia dość ciekawe doznania, na pewno jakaś odskocznia od codzienności, a jest to piwo bardzo pijalne.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear and brown with thin soapy head. Aroma has a touch of wood as does the flavour. Fairly good balance of the dryness of the wood and the fruity sourness.
