Unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheaty notes, moderate hoppy, flowers, grapefruit notes, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Refreshing. Bottle, 5.6%. Good spicy aroma. Muddy grey amber colour. Small white head. The flavour starts off spicy, then turns more yeasty. The finish is grainy and sourish. Quite bitter for a wheat beer, and also a bit rough.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit especially grapefruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, grapefruits, and straw, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle at St Albans Beer Festival, September 2007. Muddy gold colour. Strongly estery, with plenty of bubblegum and banana. Mouthfeel is a little soft but definitely a decent German style wheat.

Bottle @ St. Albans BF. Opaque gold with a white head. Sweetish nose of Bubble gum, banana and wheat. Taste is much the same, some orangey citrus notes. Quite simple and plain but enjoyable.

Bottle@Home. Citrus aroma with a hint of banana and some herbs. Hazy, yellow color, white irregular head, fair lace. Light sweet, hints of banana and citrus in the flavor as well, crisp, not very flavorful and a little watery. More like a Kristall Weizen than a Hefe Weizen.
