Drinking from a 33 cl bottle. A nice hoppy, flowery aroma. The clear orange beer has a medium white head. A great soft bitter taste. What an IPA! Medium carbonated

Bottle at home while visiting Amsterdam. Pours dark amber. Sweet, malty caramel aroma. Medium body, medium carbonation. Orange, lemon, light metal, light caramel, pine, light soap... Not bad, not too sweet. OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,33 l bottle from Gall & Gall Zutphen, NL, best before 2/3/2017. Clear, reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, tan to white head. Intense, fruity-resiny aroma of passion fruit, mango, honey and pine. Sweetish, fruity-resiny taste of passion fruit, mango, honey and pine, followed by a fairly lasting, medium bitter (92 IBU?!) finish with hints of grapefruit. Medium to full body, creamy to oily texture, soft carbonation. Perfectly balanced and very harmonic with fresh, exotic flavours. No hints of alcohol and absolutely not as bitter as expected. Dangerously drinkable!

Bottle at home. Reddish orange colour, big off-white creamy head that nicely laces the beer. Big flavoured toffee and caramel sweet malts, (too) boozy, piny/resinous and tropical fruity hops. Nicely balanced, not too bitter. Finish lingers nicely. Firm body, medium carbonation. American hopped up barleywine-ish.

Bottle at Klooster, Netherlands, Thursday 8th October 2015. Tasting like a hoppier version of Orval, this is fruity and with and a nice tang bitter but not massively so. Chatted with the bartender here and gave him a little of this to try we (i.e. - us and bartender) both felt it shouldn’t be like this, however it was really interesting, me and Loz loved it, for those looking out for this it’s batch 317 this isn’t meant to be like this but it works, it’s a sort of ramped up Orval.
