UPDATED: NOV 26, 2014 Bottle shared during the return journey of the Isle of Wight Jolly. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy head. The nose holds lightly biscuity pale bread and generic citrus. Medium sweet flavor with simple pale, bready malts, white sugar, pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary pale malt finish with restrained hop character, nips of bitter hay. Nothing special.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Vova’s place. Thanks Vova. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of stale hops and a bit of graininess. Flavor has some sweetish malt, a caramelly hint, somewhat stale hops and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

ZodiacM (146) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 4, 2014

Opaque red brown hayish beer with a weak head. Grapefruit smell, leather, subtly malty. Bitter sweet taste, touch of peels, alcohol, bitter dry finish. Basic beer, nice, subtle.
