3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma: Smelling of fresh bread, pears and lemon.
Appearance: The beer is chestnut brown and slightly hazy, a tan uneven head leaving good lacing.
Taste: The taste is staring with brown bread, then has some citric juices, grape-fruit peel, grass and flowers, and some hints of anisette.
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, a good body, a dry finish.
Overall: Actually a bit too hoppy, makes it unbalanced. This beer is brewed just for for the Bishops Arm.
