This amber ale finishes with an earthy Belgian spiciness akin to a Saison. Ideally served at 50 - 55°F.

Slightly cloudy amber, scant head. Nose is leather, spice and yeast. Bittersweet. Middle is caramel malt, sweet fruit. Finish has a metallic tang & dry finish. Interesting.

Off-white head; amber. Light aroma of hay, caramel, and wet animal hair. Kind of thin flavor; a little yeasty and bitter and light malt profile. Light-medium body. Decent brew, but a little thin.

47-47 .. . on draft at nobi pub .. . pours a deep yellow .. mild head, lacing was notebook paper .. . good yeast amount, some grain and cardboard .. . light mouth ,. . finish was abrupt .. . . i haven’t been hit by a water balloon in at least 20 years..

Tap at Flix. The look is clear, beige to tan head, nice foamy head, ice tea color. The smell is tea leaves, grassy, hay, malts, slight spice, and ok. The taste is sweet, spice, grassy, malts, and yeast.
