Did you know that rattlesnake heads can see, flick the tongue, and inflict venomous bites for up to an hour after being severed from the body? Rattler Pale Ale is a well balanced American style pale ale. Malt and citrus flavors give way to a slight earthy finish that quenches thirst for up to an hour after being poured into the body. Ideally served at 50 - 55°F.

On tap @ WF, golden color with white head, somewhat astringent dry flavor with a papery finish, liked their dark beers better

Unlike the Fiesta Texas, screw you Six Flags, Rattler, which isn’t a beer, the Fitness Rattler is a translucent amber beer with a respectable white head that smells like coffee. Go figure. The road or is roasty, brown sugar, malt, coffee. Its full and good. You just have to be north of the river to enjoy it, which fortunately I am right now, you know for "work" of course. I wouldn’t be caught dead up here otherwise unless I was going to Palestine. You just have to appreciate the finest that South Dallas has to offer when you’re in South Dallas. Good job Puh’ flugerville.

On tap at Flix Brewhouse. The beer pours a clear amber color with a white head. The aroma is full of perfume and floral hops, with a hint of sweet orange. The flavor is similar. I get some orange and pine notes, as well as a lot of sugary sweetness. There is also a bit of cocoa and nut-like notes, which go well with the hoppy character. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
