With Z on the patio, pours a dark rusty orange color with a beige head . Nose is grainy with light caramel and toffee . Taste is light, with mild caramel and sweet toffee, no real deep flavored. Finish is light , ending on the same tasting notes. Not a big blondie fan ! Quaff Score 6 / 10

Originally sampled on 1/18/2014-25th Anniversary beer. It pours a hazy medium golden amber body, with two fingers of mildly frothy head, which leaves some lace around the glass. It smells of biscuity pale malt, orange citrus notes, understated earthy honey, and grassy, herbal hops. The taste is semi-sweet caramel malt, a touch of biscuity breadiness, floral, soapy, and grassy hops, and weak honey.Overall a basic APA - decently malty, and a bit too underwhelmingly hoppy. Not bad but not worth the price of the ceramic bottle.

Sampled from a 750 ml bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy orange-beige head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was sweet, sour caramel, fruity hops and toffee. The flavor was bitter with caramel, mixed fruity hops, almost ginger and crystal malt. Long caramel, crystal malt and fruity hop finish. Medium body. Ok.

From beautiful silver bottle. Hazy dark golden color. Aroma is grain, malt, and some light citrus. Taste is quite malty with some caramel and corn, and some bittersweet citrus. Fine but not exactly special.

Bottle - hazy golden amber with off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malts, bread and metallic hop. Similar in the taste, plus some stewed fruit , light bitterness. Don’t quite know what to make of this. Starts off sort of medium bodied, but thins quite quickly, touch of alcohol. Not bad, but not a favourite.

Dull hazy golden pour with fair quick fading layer of white head. Cereal, grassy, earthy, apple, grains. Bland with a touch metallic hop to it. Well balanced not leaning overly malty or bitter. Kinda boring all around, but I guess for the style it’s not horrible.
