Review based on the BJCP015 guidelines (style 19A). Bottle 35cl - Batch unknown. AROMA: moderate, almost prominent hop roma with notes of floral, slight citric and some pine nature. mild fruitiness is perceived as slight orange. balanced sweet malt background with a toasty and caramelly character. APPEARANCE: ambar to dark ambar color and somewaht clear. Medium ivory head with medium to medium-low retention. FLAVOR: a blend of malt and hops with medium to medium low intensity, ranging from a malty sweet, biscuity, caramelly flavor and a floral and fruity hops. medium to medium-high bitterness that lingers beyond a semi-dry finish. the balance is almost even but tiltet towards a fruity hop resence. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: a good american amber ale with a balance between malt and hops, but still a tiny bit tilted towards hops. a nice example of marriage between the two ingredients.

Amber color, small head. A medium bodied beer. Mild yet very flavorful malts. Spicy and mild hops. Good balance. Nice flavor. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is malty and slightly bitter.

nuts, licorice, orange, cloudy, lightly bitter, medium body. Appealing to the nose, malty with a bite. Beautiful amber-orange pour. Unfortunately, watered-down taste, bitter hops without much nuance. Medium bodied, with little to show for it. Bog-standard amber ale with a pretty face.

Dark amber in color with small beige head. Aroma is roasty caramel malt. A bit of hoppiness which is mostly overwhelmed by the malt. Roasty finish. Medium bodied and quite tasty

Rogue Amber Ale 5% Can, a lovely bet pour with a malty peppery aroma with light fruit notes. Medium bodied and fairly smooth the taste is bitter malty biscuit with floral/fruity hoppiness. A solid beer that goes down smooth, somewhat hop forward but balanced.

22oz bottle 1/12/16 (Old Notes)-Pours amber with a decent sized head. Aroma of malt and slight hops. Taste of the same with caramel and roasted malt. This light to medium bodied brew is not bad.

A bit malty with a faint bitterness at the finish. Mild licorice aftertaste which I didn’t expect at all. Not very happy but fairly smooth. Wouldn’t seek it out but wouldn’t reject it either

Bottle 330ml. Hazy copper with small beige head. Aroma of caramel, a bit soapy with some citrus and peach. The flavor starts with light sweetness followed by citrusy bitterness (lemon, orange), notes of caramel, a bit grassy and piney. Medium-bodied.
