Good flavor balance for an "American" ale that is not too hoppy. No traditional flavors of an Amber Ale though. Bought in a cool US Military supportive pint sized grenade-painted can.

Bottle from Seoul Plaza. Assertive American hoppy aroma, resiny, fruity, loads of caramel. Hazy deep amber colour. Taste is dry from the first moment, surprisingly thin bodied, watery, hops only, fruity, resiny. Good beer, but definitely has space for improvement.

Bottle kindly shared by Gurthnar, many thanks. Hazy dark orange golden color with medium off-white head. Malty aroma with citrus hops, oranges, caramel. Sweet malty taste followed by nice citrus and floral hoppy kick. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Little bit light bodied beer but enjoyable.

Bottle in my local WEtherspoons on 7th Jan 2015. Copper/amber in colour , descent head. The nose had a fruity hop lead with a malt undertone. The taste the same, hop, fruity bitterness with a good malty base. I liked it.

1 pint can. Pours a hazy amber red colour with a short lived, medium, creamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy aroma with roasted malt and caramel. Sweet flavour of fruity hops, roasted malt and caramel with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation.

Quite enjoyable. A bottle from a friend. 650ml bottle. I wish I could say more but it might have been the 3rd or 4th one we tested. My palate was fatigued... yes that's it, palate fatigue. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"One Pint" can from a four-pack from Liquor Depot, served in my NHL pint glass. Odd that there’s no ABV listing. Pours a deep orangey amber, quite hazy, with a meringue-like, cocoa-hued head, leaving patches of lace. Nose is alive with fresh hops - pine, fruits of many kinds, and floral - and malt lays fairly low. The hop profile carries through in the flavor, with the bitterness resting at the back of the tongue briefly. Good body and finishes nicely and dryly on that bitter note. Rogue Ales has positioned this very West Coat brew in a very happy medium between hop-pathetic and hop-pocalypse. The "Amber" in the name may fool those who are looking for something more malt-forward, though.
