Flaska från @msbrindbergs, tack! Grumlig bärnstensfärgad vätska med ljust skum. Doftar kola. Fyllig kolasmak med en liten pepprighet, lite besk i eftersmaken.

Can poured a clear copper hue w/ a large foamy beige head diminishing to a ring and broken lacing. Moderate malty aroma. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a moderate bitter finish. Tastes are caramel, grass, pine, and straw. Medium bodied, balanced mouthfeel and a crisp dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dry plum, pear, caramel. Fruity hops, berries, decent maltiness, touch of alcohol, hoppy finish. Nice amber ale, quite hoppy flavors and decent drinkability.

Draft in a sampler at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a clear amber-gold with a small white head that leaves spots of lace. Notes of caramel and amber and cereal malts, light grassy hops, straw, and some cardboard. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a malty but clean mouthfeel. Tastes kind of old, even on tap. Not sure what the keg age was.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark opaque red on the eye, strong white head. Have the authors actually seen amber, ever? Smoky sweetness on the nose, Light hoppiness but overarching sweetness in flavour. S’allright - but maybe not worth acquiring on the other side of the globe.

Bottle 355ml at home, poured into a tulip glass, ABV 5.3% Clear body, amber in colour. Small and a bit thin off-white head,, with good retention though, leaving light lacing on the glass. Fruity aroma, some raisins, caramel, lightly hoppy. Taste has chestnut, caramel, hops giving a nice fruity touch, nice bitterness that gets more intense as time passes, with good duration. Medium thin body, a tad high on carbonation, very dry on the palate. Overall a more than decent beer, I liked it quite a bit.
