Tawny amber in color with a coffee aroma and tight head. A delicate roasted malt accent, generous use of hops and a smooth finish.

Ingredients: water, barley malt (Great Western 2-Row Malt, C40, C150), Cascade hops, Pacman yeast.

What a solid amber should be! Nice red/amber color with a substantial head. Hints of oak, nuts and citrus. Somewhat spicy nose that leads nicely into the taste. A very well balanced beer. Not dramatic, just a solid offering with a smooth finish. Cheers.

330ml . @ a Weatherspoon pube in Brixham Dorset . A grate American accent in the nose . It is blunt and confident , like any real American . Hops that show pine ,citrus ,Earth , floral intensity , and pie crust toffee malts . Amber and americanised looking . The flavas were easy and yet actively at you. Warming malts , rich chewy grapefruit bitter hops , sol pine aromatics . I could drink shitloads of this one .

Amber colour, white head, slightest haze. Malty aroma, bread, light grapefruit, caramel. Quite sweet flavour, bitter hops, very fresh. Finish malts, bread dough, caramel, citrus hops, marmalade. Fresh and giving space to the malts. Nice!

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2015 Bottle @Briar Rose. Nice copper colour with decent foam. Aromas of caramel, hops and yeast. Taste is nicely malty, lots of caramel and hoppy bitterness. Well rounded and balanced. Medium carbonation. An enjoyable, quality brew.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours Amber-Orange in colour, single finger white head. Aroma of orange, lemon, biscuit....much the same on the taste with a bit of tea, grass, grain...not all that special though.
