Bottle from Great Grog. Hazy reddish brown colour, good head. Dry fruity resin hop aroma & flavour. Dry biscuit aftertaste. Decent but Rogue do better.

Dark orange amber...hazy...thick frothy white head.,..good lacing
Aroma - Biscuity fruity malts...quite complex malts..yeast...light spicy hops...hint of cereal....didn’t get the coffee though....
Taste - Fruity rich quite complex malts...caramel biscuity malt...light toasted malt...quite a strong malt flavour...fruity...bit of toffee
Palate - medium carb...sweet malts with light hop bitterness...toasted..some creaminess. Finish - some bitterness..spicy hops...light toasted...cleans well
Overall - This improves a lot when it warms up..mellow beer, no flavours too strong. Decent amber ale.

Bottle @ home. It’s been ages since I’ve had last tasted this beer. Actually, not even sure if I’ve ever had it outside of one of Rogues brewpubs. Dark amber/brown appearance with a tan head. Nice sweet and toasty caramel malty, rich toffee, earthy/floral hoppy aroma. Toasty, a touch roasty toffee, a touch burnt, very light char, floral/earthy hoppy flavor. Nice beer!

Citrus aroma. Bottle poured, strong head that is tan and off white. Flavor was citrus, followed by hop bitterness balanced with malt caramel and sweetness. Excellent balance between the malt and hops.

Den recensionen bör tas med en grov nypa salt eftersom jag var kraftigt onykter vid intaget av den. Vilket innebär att jag har väldigt dålig koll på hur den faktiskt smakade, men jag tror att jag gillade den.

Amber colour with a slightly off white head. Nose has caramel, hops, malt and soft berries. Bitter hoppy flavour balanced with malt and caramel.
