Pours coffee black with a nice tan head. Aromas of chocolate, and more chocolate. Flavor is milk chocolate, roasted malts and some chocolate covered coffee beans to round out the bitterness. Did I mention there is chocolate in this? Not bad overall, actually rather enjoyable but also seems like it could get tiresome. Good one and doner, but odd label...

I am glad that I tried this. I love dark chocolate stouts, and this did’t let me down. Very dark appearance with a mocha-tan head. Taste of chocolate malts, caramel, a little coffee, light hops...very tasty. More on the sweet side versus bitter. This is something I would surely buy again, especially if they sell it in 6-packs.

Pours black with a large tan head. Nose shows milk chocolate, dry roast, cocoa. Similar flavours, loads more dry roast, a fair bit of bitterness but some sweet milk chocolate too.

Always a classic in their series. Good chocolate notes and flavors. The stout is rich and creamy. Exactly what it says it will be. No surprise rogue is rated so highly across the board.

On tap at Café Gaspar. Tobacco aroma, with hints of overripe fruit and custard sauce. Tasty and full of flavor with tobacco, and chocolate flavor. High acidity, a little bit ashy. Long aftertaste .
