500ml served in a snifter glass.
A: Pours a brown color forming a medium to small beige and bubbled head that dissipates quickly leaving only very few spotty lacings in the glass.
S: Strong notes of chocolate and cocoa in the nose. Sweet. Strong notes of roasted malts, chocolate malts, crystal malts, oatmeal. Milky hints. Flowery hops in the very end.
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of chocolate, cocoa, roasted malts, chocolate malts, crystal malts, oatmeal. Creamy and milky. Earthy notes. Good bitterness. Good mix of hops and roast bitterness. Great bittersweet balance.
M: Creamy body. Medium to low carbonation. Cocoa in the aftertaste.
O: Great drinkability.

Poured from tap to glass. Dark hue with creamy brown head that settled. Aroma is chocolate, toffee, caramel, roast. Mouthfeel is nice with a medium body and crisp Carbonation. Taste is sweet with a slight astringent bitter following. Overall this is a nice brew.

Bottle as chocolate Bear Beer Bitter. Rich dark and milk chocolate nose, vanilla, caramel. Black with a pretty brown head. Tasty dark chocolate flavor, dry but a bit milky, nicely bitter finish. Medium body, jsut rightl this is damn good stuff. Good bitterness last a long time.

Wow have had this from the bottle many a time just had it on tap and it is so amazing!! Bitter Belgium chocolate all over, dessert beer of champions!!
