The aroma is boring, bland, but slightly sweet, very little vegetal character, but some mild corn. The body is pretty light despite the alcohol and lack of carabonation. The flavor isn’t bad and it’s definitely the best tasting malt liquor I’ve had to date. Certainly not the most enjoyable beer, but a tasty, drinkable ML and in a 22 oz bottle to boot! presario (2956), Calgary, Alberta, Canada

A not offensive aroma, a bit "corny". Flavour is not typical malt liquor but not a quality drink that you want to have on hand either. Flavour can best be described as a high alcohol poor amber ale with a mix of caramel, vanilla, corn and alcohol. Kind of reminded me of Bucanero Max. Beerdedone (1873), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma is macro-like with some added hops. Flavor is slightly sweet, thin and bitter, but drinkable. Numenor (869), Richmond, Virginia, USA

Thin aroma, sweet barley, maybe some hops cowering in the background somewhere. Taste isn’t too bad, very sweet however, some honey, similar to most Malt Liquors. Ending is bland, and thankfully not harsh. maniac (2628), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 11, 2006 Clear pale yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet corn. Very sweet corn flavor, some hints of cereal. Feels a little wrong given that it’s in a bomber rather than a regular 40oz.
Later notes: Upon repeatedly swigging this from the bottle (with the appropriate brown paper bag) i suddenly noticed that this produced a large frothy white head in the bottle that certainly was not noticed in the glass. Hell, I’ll give it another point on appearance solely for this. unclemattie (2401), Georgia, USA

Smells like a waste-of-barley-mass-production-lager! Great aroma of cattle feed. Taste is very sweet. I sense a hint of corn. Not a hint of hops, but just enough to balance out the mass amounts of malt I’m sure was used. Super-cool brew. NYHarvey (2154), New York, New York, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Aug 11, 2006 22 oz bomber. Aroma is sweet, but it has a spritzy fruit-like sweetness rather than the expected corn syrup or malt sweetness. Body is a murky brown yellow and holds a lazy dime thin white head that quickly fades. Fore is bitter and very much the way I remember malt liquor tasting...stale and sickly sweet, with some mild corn notes. I appreciate the effort, but this just flat does not taste good at all. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 9, 2006 My son saved this bomber bottle for me. It needed more than a little help. The malt was there but left a cloying, throat clearing effect. The hops were there somewhere but didn’t seem to complement the malt’s effect. This one needs to go back to the drawing board!
