Jan 19, 2009 Pours golden with a white head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is of malt, caramel, citrus, and nuts. Taste is of malt, caramel, earthy hops, and toasted nuts. Finish on each sip is very dry. Biting, spicy bitterness underneath. Not overly great, but a very drinkable beer.

Jan 15, 2009 22oz. Bottle: Aroma of malts, toasting, fall leaves, nuts, and slight caramel. Poured amber/orange in color with a large, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malts, toasting, nuts, leaves and light caramel. Medium body. Thinish, slightly dry, slightly sticky texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, malty, caramel and nut finish.
