Yellow color, small white head, Whitewineous honey and tea aroma. Light-bodied. Very carbonated. Champagne like palate. White wine, green apple, yeast, tea and honey in the flavor. Interesting Champagne beer, flavorwise not so.

Tap at Rogue Bar SF. Just smells and tastes like Jasmine tea. Extraordinary stuff. Tastes exactly like your nightly tea before bed. A relaxing beer filled with jasmine tea. Quaffer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Canít tell if this is beer or mead. As beer itís not good. As mead itís not good. Dark color, decent head. Aroma is a sweet aroma thatís suppose to be honey. Same for taste.

Watery gold color with tons of carbonation, head fades quickly. Aroma of light honey. Flavor is somewhat floral honey and green grapes. Very dry, completely unlike any mead I have had before and not particularly desirable.

This was the beer that finally convinced me to create a profile. Weak flavor, took much carbonation, no aftertaste and little honey flavor. Itís sad for being a rogue, not one of their highlights. Iíve recently been introduced to some great meads, but even at $6 a bottle this really canít be considered closely mead-esque. Definitely an avoidable beer, or mead. Closely resembles a Coors light that someone dumped a spoon of honey into.

Pours a very carbonated yellow color with a big white head. Aroma is honey and flowers. The taste is honey beer. Itís weird, I know itís a mead, but because of the high carbonation it ends up tasting like a beer with honey in it. Itís ok. Definitely not my favorite mead.

Slightly hazy yellow pour with no head. Sweet aromas of honey and jasmine. Not as sweet as you might expect. Very herbal/tea flavors. Crisp and refreshing, this would be great on a hot summer day. I donít really understand the low rating this has received. Itís a decent brew for what it is, not the best but definitely has itís place. Easy to drink.

Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow with a small egg white head. Aromas of honey, white wine, flowers, steamed fox and bees wax. Flavors are elegant and close to nothing with a hint of stale piss and cloves.. Thanks PeterZegulba!

$8 bucks for this 5% mead! 8!!
Sparkling, clear, pale lager. Lingering quarter inch of white seltzer head.
Smells waxy & floral. Rose. Rind. Melon?
Tastes like fruity, soft, pedestrian pale ale. Apple, cherry pit, with maybe a marzipan sort of sweetness. Delicate honey & candlewax finish. Tight carbonation. Tiny bit of body. Crispy.
Why use champagne yeast to brew to 5%? Was this watered down from full strength? Sparkling meads are few & far between, at least intentional ones. I can see this getting shit rates from people who sip a sample. Pretty subtle, but pretty clean as far as meads go, which is maybe just a little odd.

on tap. No head on this light amber beer. Excellent clarity; light carbonation by appearance. Smooth; light carbonation; ABV feels (and tastes and smells) very low for style. O: a very light mead in every sense, with a pleasant citrus/honey/bread flavor.
