GBBF Day 3. Cask. Lightly hazy amber beer, few pale cream colour bubbles not forming a head. Good fine carbonation. Nice condition. Caramel malts dominate the start. Spicy orange hops on the backend. Dry finish and a spicy linger. Not bad but slightly too malt dominant.

Bottle from Central City Liquor store, Surrey
Hazy copper color with medium sized head. Good aroma of hops, but also very nice, lean biscuity malt and light lemony touch. Agile and lean mouthfeel; very good flavor, sapient mix of biscuity malts, caramel and toffee; moderate sweetness; good bitterness with some jammy fruitiness.
Fresh, candyish, satisfying and dangerous.

Bottle, 22oz. A hazy, dark golden to light amber beer with a small light beige head. The aroma is very hoppy, with resins and pine cones. Crystal malt kind of sweetness. It’s full-bodied and soft on the palate, with a smooth carbonation and quite a lot of of bitterness. Pine cones, resins and malty sweetness. Lasting bitter and fruity finish. Quite nice this one, even though it’s probably a bit old already. 150124

Bottle @ Zly Casy, Prague. Pours clear golden with a white head. The 7 hops is hardly appearing - as always with rogue very malty. Some caramel, their yeast and a bit of fruit and flowers. Balanced you Can Call it but the heavy malt bill spoils the fun. Dry and fairly bitter finish!
