Hazy dark amber to copper cored pour with a 2 finger, soapy beige head. Aroma starts with super fruity hops with a nice bite, a full gamut of citrus, lots of floral and a little tart tropical fruit, then some tart berry, mild toast, sweet biscuit and some floral/fruity notes that I can’t exactly pin down. Flavor is tree and berry fruit, caramel and biscuit up front, then citrus, floral, passion fruit-tropical, earthy and herbal hops, lots of fruity, berry perfume and light, but noticeable spicy, phenolic notes. Medium body, oily, syrupy and a hint of creaminess throughout along with a medium carbonation. Really tasty stuff, there are a couple off notes, but overall it was very enjoyable.

Een zeer prettige IPA, 7 hopsoorten. Dat schept verwachtingen. En die worden waargemaakt. Een hoppige, ietwat zoetige geur (gedroogd fruit?). De smaak is complex: hoppig, bloemig, grassig, grapefruit, mango, noten, gedroogd fruit. De nasmaak is heerlijk bitterzoet. Zo wil ik ze vaker!

Muddy brown color with moderate foam layer. Flowery fresh smell with bitter notes. Mild hoppy bitter, with citrus and slight sweetness (and possibly nuts?). Dry, little tart and bitter aftertaste.

Pours murky gold with a recessive head. Has steady bitter though the malt is heavy. Lacks definition, has hints of oats, citrus, floral notes, and bread.

On tap at the Rogue brewpub in the Portland airport. Pours an amber color with a one-finger white head. Aroma and taste of citrus hops with a bit of bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and a smooth light bitter finish. Nice.

On tap at Skuli, Reykjavik. Pours hazy deep golden/amber with a big creamy head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity, flowers. Taste is moderate sweet creamy malty, very good implemented resiny and piney hops, a true delicious experience from start to finish

Bottle @ Zly Casy, Prague. Pours clear golden with a white head. The 7 hops is hardly appearing - as always with rogue very malty. Some caramel, their yeast and a bit of fruit and flowers. Balanced you Can Call it but the heavy malt bill spoils the fun. Dry and fairly bitter finish!

Ambrée hazy. Belle mousse persistante.

Keg at Westow House, Crystal Palace, London. Hazy gold with white head. Heavily hopped beer, loads of tropical fruit flavours, quite heavily perfumed, flowery. There isn’t a great deal of balance from the malts so it’s one directional in a way, but pretty good at it.
