COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly Chatoe Rogue Good Chit Pilsner.
Good Chit Pilsner is made with Rogue Farm barley that we Floor-Malted in small batches. Floor Malting is an old fashioned, 8 day process that includes steeping, germination, raking, roasting, bagging and hands-on love 24 hours a day. "Chit" refers to the start of the rootlets that emerge from the embryo of the kernel once steeping is complete and germination begins.

Golden color with lots of carbonation. Grassy taste with spices. No head retention, thin mouthfeel. But over a good beer on a spring midday

This poured a bright yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was cracker, noble hops and light grass. Flavor was nice crisp taste and blend between earthy hops and crisp cracker and dough notes. Good version of the style.

Bottle @ Kiss The Kitchen Floor or better known as ZZT VI (2013): kindly shared by DutchDrebus: Small airy white head on top of an almost clearbright yellow colored beer. Aroma’s are hops, grapefruit, pineapple, soap, pilsmalts, tea and herbs. Flavours of malts & hops, medium bitter, herbs like tea and some light hop soap. Aftertaste is light bitter with floral herbs. Low to medium carbo, tingly light creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture. Nice beer.

ZZT bottle. Crispy pilsener fortunately lacking all the typical poor characteristics of the style. Dry hoppy flavours. Very drinkable.

Brought this bottle to ZZT VI. First beer of the tasting. Pale, clear yelloe colour with a small white head. Smells malts, grains, slightly buttery. Tastes malts, grains, grassy, fresh, refreshing. Thin to medium body, nice active carbo which gives it a crispy mouthfeel.
