3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, NOLA International Beer Festival 2012. Pours a slightly hazy straw body with a frothy white head. The nose is great and super fresh, nice floral hops that have a great grassy quality to them. Light bready and doughy malt underneath. The flavor is bready and fairly dry but a bit lacking in the hop flavors. A little bit of cereal grains on the finish. Light bodied with a bit of cling on the finish. Pretty decent.

Light saaz nose, cloudy pour from draft. Solid pilsner. Slight bitter from the hops, but super clean and joy to drink.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured into a pint glass out of a 22oz bomber.
Pours a nearly clear straw yellow with a half finger fizzy white head. Not very good head retention and no lacing to speak of.
There is bread and a little bit of biscuit in the aroma with a heavy hint of grassy hops.
There is a bit more malt in the flavor than I was expecting with caramel and biscuit. Grass and hay make up the hop flavor along with an assertive bitterness. It ends with some lingering sweetness and is moderately sticky.
Overall, an ok pils but far from my favorite. Glad I got to try but it won’t become a regular.

Not bad for a pilsner- or a lager in general. Especially not bad for a czech pilsner. Not my favourite style, but this offering is a nice summertime sipper. Pours a distinct straw color with a decent white head. definite citrus on the nose and on the palate. has a biscuity sweetness to it from the malt, bit of an astrigent finish to it (40 IBU). Overall a refreshing good choice for the afternoon of July 4th.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy yellow pour, towards the darker end of the yellow beer spectrum. Small white head that falls flat and leaves no lacing. Lemony hop aroma. A little catty. Slight citrus flavor with a bit of malt. Mostly lemon. Decent alternative.

Bottle. Very pale, light golden, with a sticky top. Drinks with a gluey mouthfeel, amply laden with continental hoppiness and corn-starchy maltiness. Reminiscent of some good European outdoor cafes. (#5080, 6/26/2013)

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22oz bomber from Spirits Fischer Blvd. Poured an unimpressive very lightly hazed pale gold body under a smaller foamy white head. Aroma of wet dough, green grapes, raisins, soggy raisins bran flakes, dry grassy hop cones. Nice medium body with crisp carbonation and a lingering hop bite on the backend. Flavor of golden brown toast, grape skins, dry hops, white raisins, dough, cereal grains. Solid beer.

22 oz bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a thin foamy head. Aroma of grass, sweet malts, and hay. Very earthy taste. Pretty refreshing. Sweet malts, a bit of roasted character, grass, leaves, and hay. Very fresh and earthy
