COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Situated just across from 40 acres of Rogue hops, 119 colonies of bees were carefully kept and fed and the honey was uncapped, extracted, filtered, and finally infused into a refreshing Honey Kolsch ale.

Hazy gold beer with a good white head. Palate is smooth and dry. Mild fine carbonation. Light smooth malt, touch of cream. Very light honey and a whisper of somewhat insipid citrus. Light dry finish. Okay.

Capped 750 from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma suggests some sort of dilute aftershave. Fruit? Med body or nearly. Flavor starts sort of sweet, but then a lot of grassy hop stops that. Followed by some breadiness. Seem to be getting honey on my lips. Quite surprisingly drinkable. Honey from hops. What fortunate bees.

Great bright yellow 750 ceramic bottle from Capone’s. Pours chill hazy deep gold with 1-finger off-white head. Nose is hopcitrus, tart lemongrassy, mild honey. Tastes of lemongrassy hops, citrus, mild honey. Medium in complexity and palate heft. OK, not great.

REally wanted to like this one especially at the price tag. Really like this style but this one is dry and buttery.

Bottle. Honey and barley malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet barley malt and straw flavor. Okay - kind of bland.

Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy/frothy/, white fully diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), trace hops (flowers), with notes of cement, ammonia, lemon. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Absolute garbage, very dirty. Almost as bad as their mead.

Bottle sample at my 5555th rating tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear golden. Aroma of graininess, honey and fruitiness. Sweet flavor with graininess, honey and fruitiness. Medium-bodied.

On tap at the airport. Pours a clear orange color with a medium white head. A big sweet malty nose. A nice sugary sweet honey flavor with mild yeast and caramel. Quite nice.

Bottle:   Bright yellow but still hazy, small frothy white head, little lacing.   Dull yet strong honey on the nose.   Otherwise a bit of sweet grass/straw/hay.   Very similar on the tongue, smooth, a bit heavier than others.   Not as crisp as most, but guessing with the Honey it wouldn’t be that way.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Soft sweet bready finish, with dull honey notes.   Tiz okay, could stand to be more grass like instead of bready.

22, painted all weird. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with a big frothy white head. Grass and hay on the nose, a little funky but not in a barnyard way. Watery thin body, very little carb presence. Light honey on the mid palate. Honey and wheat finish.
