The aroma of this beer was infused with honey. A really good kolsch style beer and Rogue delivers with this one. Overall a great beer to try.

In all, a very enjoyable kolsch. Although I would like to get a little more of the honey character, it adds a very nice element to this brew. The graininess is excellent; it’s highly evident in both the taste and aroma. Rogue has expertly captured the style with the light body and refreshing feel. Easy to drink and enjoy.

I've had this a month or so ago and there was no flavour. I'm calling foul on that bottle - and praising this one, honeys and delicate malts. Fantastic. I wasn't expecting such a turn around, but I'm glad I've gone again. Thanks Rogue, I'm still a believer.

Bottle. Bright and golden, quite active. Sweet, blooming aroma. Drinks with a definite honey essence ... very well built into a brilliant kolsch base. I’m not usually a fan of honey-based brews, but I do love the kolsch style, and this is a damn good, sunny, bright beer. I want gallons this the next hot day I have to work in my yard. 750 ml bottle into signature pint glass, no bottle dating. Pours moderately hazy golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, bread, cracker, honey, floral, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance of hop, malt, and yeast notes; with good strength. Spot on aromas. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, bread, cracker, floral, grass, honey, pepper, toast, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy pepper bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruits, bread, cracker, toast, floral, grass, pepper, honey, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice balance of malt, hop, and yeast flavors; with good robustness and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is an excellent kolsch style. All around great balance and robustness of malt, hop, and yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. Really enjoyed this one.

Bottle at NHC. Disagree with the category, but whatever. Pours a deep gold, clear with a white head. Nose is nice. Subtle florals and toasted malt, grainy with a distinct honey note. Low hops. On tasting, crisp and refreshing with a perceived sweetness from the floral honey. Medium bitter and very clean. Dry finish. really nice, actually.

Drank at The Tap Room’s 1st anniversary party -- This brew is crushable and delicious. I could/would drink many more of these. A well done brew.
