On tap at Reds Alehouse in NOrth Liberty, IA. Pours a cloudy \orange pour with a medium head. Smell of hops, bubblegum, and pine. Hoppy and somewhat sweet in flavor. A nice beer.

Barleywine-ish liqueur aroma; toffee sugar malts. Mahogany wood hop. Really malt-heavy though. Touch of spicy orange rind. The apeparance is uber-cloudy amber orange, like the orange part of a Tequila Sunrise. Healthy finger of white head. Glorious. The flavor is sweet, sugary malts, with citrus (specifically, orange and grapefruit) hops, that offset the malts perfectly. The malts are English -- sugary, crystal-like malts. Sweet and molasses-y. Has a chewy feel; a total choker. Basically, it’s a low-gravity barleywine, which is fine with me. Absolutely outstanding.

Hazy orange with an off-white full head that lingers and leaves slight lacing. Spicy aroma -- with a homebrew like malty nose. Nice bitterness and a medium mouthfeel with the malt and hops making a chewy dinner. Good spice hops and bitterness lingers late on the palate. This just really tastes like a good, homebrewed Ale to me, which is a little weird in a Rogue product.

Draught at Mikkellerbar. Hazy amber with a medium dense orange head. Medium malty caramel aroma with minor notes of sweet fruity Peach. Mainly bitter flavor, nice and fresh, mild sweetness and a little harsh in the finish

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph.
Hazy amber with a small, creamy, off-white head. Settles as a thin film. Aroma is mild fruity, some pine and caramel malts. Medium carbonation, dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is very dry and hoppy on top of a fat, toasted malts base. Resin, piney and mild fruity hops notes. This is certainly not an APA...but a good low-alco ASA. Shame the aroma isn’t really that impressive.

From tap at Mikkellerbar. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, mild pine and mild grapefruity. Solid bitter, roasted malty and dense grapefruity hoppy. Ends bitter, dry and herbal into a dry finish.

22oz Bomber A cloudy amber/orange pour with a short dense and lasting head. Reminds me of Brutal Bitter in appearance. Hoppy biscuity aroma with fruity overtones, pine and bubblegum. Oily body, slick with a fairly bitter bite in the finish. Hoppy somewhat sweet in flavor. Willamette really the star here. Overall a nicely done hoppy Ale.

On tap. Pours an opaque amber with an off-white head leaving some laces. Distinct caramel in the nose, somewhat biscuity. Medium-bodied, caramel and a little nuts with a distinct hop bitterness. The hoppiness is perhaps a bit harsh. More of a hoppy Amber really. 070811

Fad: Orange uklar øl med et meget lille skumhoved. Duften er tydelig Rogue gær med en smule malt og en lille citrus humle. Øllen er desværre flad hvilket giver den en støvet smag og gør den mindre drikbar.
