Not much a fan of this one. Nose of bee honey, fruits, and caramel malt. . Thin bodied and lacking up front. Has some honey and caramel in the taste as well. A late, slightly bitter finish wraps it up. I was disapointed, as I had my hopes up for this brew.

On tap at the beerbistro. Pours a very lightly cloudy golden amber with average cream-coloured head. Aroma is piney, cat uriney hops and caramel. Flavour is pungent, piney/catty hoppiness with a decent caramelly backbone. Moderate bitterness in finish. Quite nice.

Dark hazy copper. The head is foamy and holds for the drink. The aroma is umnhhhhh. Flavor is orgamic malt and hops and a perfect balance. If you could only have one beer, this one would do.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 ccex (797) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 11, 2012
22 oz. bottle pours a very hazy dark orange with big fluffy beige head and spotty lacing. Smell is piney and citrus hops plus caramel malts. Aroma is pretty much the same but with the malts in the forefront and the citrus being pineapple, orange and grapefruit. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky, body is medium, and carbonation is average for the style. Taste is sweet at first with a bitter finish and some weird barnyard malt funk coming up in the burp. I wouldn’t describe this as orgasmic, but definitely not boring either. It is a well-crafted, solid APA, and at least worth a try.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Atheist_Peace (704) - Halifax, Nova Scotia, CANADA - DEC 9, 2012
22oz bomber. Pours a nearly opaque dull orange with a finger of head that leaves a nice amount of lace. Citrus fruit and caramel dominate the nose. The fruit leans a little more toward pineapple and spruce on the palate with just enough caramel in the back to balance things out. Satisfying bitterness through the finish that lingers with just a hint of something a little off in the tail end.
