Thanks to legion242 for this one, on draught at Flying Saucer-Addison, named Rogue Locker Stock Saison. Toasty malt aroma, with bit of diacetyl and biscuit. Very mild fruity hops. Not like a Belgian saison aroma at all. Amber orange clear with no head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Starts a bit sweet with mild fruity notes. Very little floral character. Mild alcohol and tartness. Has a bit of hoppiness to it but weak overall. As a saison, really weak and dull - like a mild Belgian ale, not a saison.

Bottle-Pours with a big, big foamy head and a great cloudy amber color. The head disappears and the aroma is mostly yeast with some orange undertones. Emmmm, I can’t want wait to drink it. Then the disappointment hits. No marked flavor of any kind, it just sits there and ends up tasting like an average brewpub beer. There was a slight taste of hops in the beginning, but the drink turns more and more yeasty, with some sweetness through the bottle. Pettys 4.69

Head was monsterous. Aroma isnt too pleasing. Honestly, I am just not too fond of this beer. It just kind of has a funky flavor.

this is a decent beer - way to much carbonation formy liking thought - it’s a fairly good representation of it’s style. the head is never ending - thick and solid. Rogue is an excellent brewery

Deep golden color, fairly active carbonation. Sticky sweet. I enjoyed it quite a bit at first, but it seemed to fade as I had more of it.

No point in making a saison if you are going to bury it in spices, especially grains of paradise which I didn’t like in Sam Adam’s beers and didn’t like here. Very yeasty in aroma and taste.

Cloudy orange in color with a small off-white head that quickly disapates. Aroma is tart, funky with fruit and spice. Acidic, tangy, citrus and pappery spice.

[bomber] Pours a bright gold golor, with a short head that dissolves quickly. Aroma is funky yeast and spices. Tastes interesting and unique.. kind of like some weird cheese. This is decent, but not my thing.
