Commercial Description:
John's Locker Stock Series - Originally brewed at the Issaquah location
A strong but well-balanced winter warmer, this ale has extreme complexity made for a holiday feast. The addition of raisins and molasses in the brewing process produces unusual spiced rum like flavors to go along with the well-balanced malt (two row, brown, crystal 40) and hops (bittering Palisades, aroma Centennial).

You know you’re getting hops with Rogue and this is no exception. This is an adventure to drink. Aromas of raisins, citrus and pine start you off thinking you might get a mellow journey, but the first taste tells you otherwise announcing the hop presence joined with a pairing of molasses and anise.

On tap at Barleys in Knoxville. Poured a hazy brown color with a thin tan head. Aroma is of citrus and pine with dark fruits and raisins. Flavor is sweet malt with raisins and molasses. I had several of these. Really enjoyable.

dark opaque amber, thin beige head, touch of lace. sweet malt aroma with riasin character, hot alcohol, lingering bitterness is the only thing to identify it as a Rogue, rich fruity malt flavor, a bit thin,
