Hinez57 (129), Clinton, Mississippi, USA Dec 14, 2007 Pours beautiful gold with fluffy white head. Aroma is a bit bready and sour. Flavor is okay, a bit too bitter for the malt and wheat to show through. Light corriander and earthy notes. Mouthfeel is okay. Overall not a great wheat beer and I expect a bit more from Rogue. Drinkable, even more so than alot of wheats, but not a favorite. TomDecapolis (3130), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 9, 2007 Pours a lightly hazy golden with a large foamy white head. Aroma of cherrios, noble hops some hints of Ginger and corriander. Flavor of noble hops, hints of citrus with some of the Ginger and corriander. ekstedt (2411), Göteborg, Sweden Dec 8, 2007 Bottled at Delirium Café, Göteborg, Sweden. Hazy golden with a small white head. Somewhat stale aroma with unfresh vegetables, and a hint og ginger. Light in body with spritzy mouthfeel. Ok bitterness but very flat finish. Not good at all. gnoff (3560), Göteborg, Sweden Dec 8, 2007 (650 ml bottle at Delirium Café, Göteborg) Shady orange color, small white head. Acidic spicy yeasty scent, some malt and fruits. Weak malty taste. Watery mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Rather dissapointed, expected way more from this one. ketchepillar (475), Vińa del Mar, Chile Dec 6, 2007 Pours pale yellow w/ med. white 2.5 finger head. Aroma: The light malts combined w/ the spices create a dust-like smell. Some fruity sweetness & a bit of hops too. The carbonation is harsh on the tongue. Taste is ok. Beginning of the finish is nice w/ fruity sweetness. But then comes a mix of bitterness, dust, and something else to leave a bad lingering taste. SHIG (2012), Aviano, Italy Dec 3, 2007 Bottle at Toms Ultimate Glasgow Tasting: Poured a murky hazy yellow with white head. The aroma is sweet with ginger and wheat. Seemed flatter than I am used to. Still good beer. Magicdave6 (5400), London, Greater London, England Dec 3, 2007 Bottle at ultimate glasgow tasting, bbf jan 04. Aroma is spicey, heather and scotish thistle. Taste is similar, quite wheaty and spicey, but thin and the aging ha done wierd things to it, but still drinkable. cgarvieuk (4159), Edinburgh, Scotland Dec 2, 2007 Bottle at Toms Ultimate Glasgow Tasting ... Hazy amber ... fruity spicy hop ... lovely light fruity hop with a little spice ... good balance but not typical wheat. Think this BBF 2004. So its held up well.
