Cajun (144), New Iberia, Louisiana, USA Mar 27, 2007 Bottle - Golden yellow with white head. Smooth malty wheat, hints of ginger and soft citrus. Not bitter. Quite tasty for a wheat beer. Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Mar 22, 2007 Hazy yellow bodied with a rapidly diminishing head, this ale has an aroma of coriander and Wheaties. A touch of ginger is added to the flavor. This leaves a powdery feeling in the mouth. Look for it to be aliased soon.

clasley (153), Arkansas, USA Mar 17, 2007 Poured from 650 ml bottle, rolled to suspend goodies. Nicely balanced with a light body - an easy drinking beer. Hints of ginger and apricot. Head dissipated quicker than I would have liked. Refreshing take on a classic style. BeerVirgin72 (778), Pataskala, Ohio, USA Mar 15, 2007 Poured from bottle. Cloudy, golden color, nice white foamy head. Smelled sweet orange and banana...Taste was citrus, banana, ginger(Which added a little kick!) with a slightly hop finish. I really enjoyed this. Not quite as sweet as I was thinking it would be... CharlieMopps (22), USA Mar 8, 2007 A little dissapointed. The flavor is heavily fruity and a little overpowering. Not quite a German hefeweisen. Nice attempt, though. joebrew (608), Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA Mar 1, 2007 Pours a hazy light golden orange. Nice cirtusy banana nose with hints of some candy like sweetness. Flavor is kind of watery, and lacks a real depth. Decent Hefe, but nothing to write home about. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA Feb 23, 2007 22oz bottle - Pours golden with a big white head that stays well and laces the sizes of the weizen. Aromas of orange, some corriander, bubblegum, and bannana. Flavor is bannana, bubblegum, slight clove, some citrus, and a little spice. Palate was light and well carbonated.. Pretty refreshing and not bad overall.. njgood (19), USA Feb 19, 2007 Pretty disappointing hefeweizen. Although half-e-weizen may indeed be the better term since it does taste like hefeweizen mixed with a lager. Citrus aroma. Slightly cloudy, clearer than most hefes. Taste was just a bit too plain.
