22oz bottle - Pours golden with a big white head that stays well and laces the sizes of the weizen. Aromas of orange, some corriander, bubblegum, and bannana. Flavor is bannana, bubblegum, slight clove, some citrus, and a little spice. Palate was light and well carbonated.. Pretty refreshing and not bad overall..

Pretty disappointing hefeweizen. Although half-e-weizen may indeed be the better term since it does taste like hefeweizen mixed with a lager. Citrus aroma. Slightly cloudy, clearer than most hefes. Taste was just a bit too plain.

Nothing too great here. This beer has a citrusy flavor with some other odd notes in there. The head is quickly diminishing, which was nice as this seems to be a beer best enjoyed with a burger. A thirst quencher of sorts. In conculsion, this is a half arsed ale.

Bottle. Pale yellow with a small white head that disappears quickly and some sediment. Can hardly smell anything off this. Slight citrus and orange I guess. Can hardly taste anything either. Very, very light stuff. Seriously lacking flavor. Being a fan of wheat beers and a fan of Rogue I was very disappointed.

Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color, with a rocky two finger head that settles a to solid layer of foam, leaving behind a thin sheeting of lace. Smell; lots of citrus with lemons and oranges. I can also taste the ginger and coriander, but not so much as far as the wheat. Taste; the coriander and ginger flavors are little stronger in the flavor than they were in the smell, with lemon and orange peel. I get more of a wheat profile in the taste/palate than I was expecting, with a bit of hop bitterness in the finish. I’m usually not a big fan of ginger in my beer but it wasn’t overwhelming in this. Mouthfeel is light ot medium bodied, and pretty darn drinkable. Not a great example of a wit, but still a pretty nice beer that works well in hot weather.

Draught @ Rogue Brewer’s on The Bay, Newport, OR. June 2005. Pours a hazy golden/yellow color with a small white head. Sweet malty citrus aroma with some hints of coriander. Sweet malty flavor with some hints of citrus and spices. Malty wheat finish with some citrus hints.
