Aroma:Yeast, cloves and banana.
Flavor:Tart wheat with a spicy finish.
Palate:Medium body with solid carbonation.
Overall:Interesting beer. In the end, not one I’d buy again.

Aug 20, 2009 Draft. Pours a cloudy lemon yellow color with a big head. Aroma is a mixture of wheat, yeast, clove, and banana. Flavor is so-so, but nothing special.

Jul 27, 2009 Murky dark golden with a fleeting head. grainy sweet malt aroma with some mango and ginger. Medium body. Tasty tart wheat flavor with sweet malts and then dry spices coriander and ginger. Nice wheat brew for a hot afternoon.
