Not a bad wheat beer. Small head. Nose of a light belgian ale....coriander present. Nice orange rind and coriander taste. Fresh and refreshing....nice.

My first American wheat. Orange gold with a very slight haze and a small white head. Intriguing aroma. First reaction was gin and tonic with a twist of lemon. Then some melon. Taste was bittersweet with malts, coriander and spice. Very refreshing and easy to drink: like a number of American versions of European styles, much more palatable for a beginner.

Clear golden color with small bright white head. Aroma of wheat, malt and some hops. Flavor starts off with grainy malts and then I start to pick up hop flavor midway. A semi sweet grapefruit flavor changes over to a more grapefruit bitterness. The bitterness builds up as the taste draws to a close and then lingers with some residual malt flavor. Very tasty for a hot summer day.

Seems I liked this a lot more than most. Pours hazy orange with a white head that minimized fairly quick. Aroma has clean wheat. There is a faint tone of spice as well. Medium mouthfeel with mild soft carbonation. Taste has a good amount of coriander and ginger with smooth wheat malt. Finish has the spiciness of the Saaz hops mixed with the ginger and coriander to give a pleasant spicy finish. Very refreshing beer. The only thing that confuses me is how the bottle states it is done in the Belgium style. I’d have to say I’ve never had a Belgium like this - not that it is a bad thing, just a bit misleading.

Had this right after a stephaner...not too much of a comparison. Poured a filtered yellow with little white head. Aroma was sweet citrus hops and malt. Flavor was a bit too subtle...not much besices some mild citrus and pepper. Mouthfeel is way too watery.

I remember this having a pretty pleasent hoppy and malty aroma. Flavor was really sweet and spicy. Interesting beer but not something I’d ever buy again.

not too bad. had a metallic taste somewhat. any more metallic and it’s rating plummets to a low 2-point-something. looked fine. smelled of oranges, kinda tasted a bit that way too. definitely closer to an american wheat. so it’s 50/50 hefe/wheat? whatever. decent offering, a bit syrupy.

Bottle from the <a href=http://www.lcbo.com target=blank>LCBO in Peterborough. Clear golden yellow in colour, thin oily dissipating white head, no lace. The aroma is yeasty, some bananas, spice, some sweetness. The flavour is yeasty, some peaches and bananas, small spice, wheaty, lightly bitter dry mouthfeel, medium body, medium/light carbonation. Finishes creamy, some sweetness.
