Wheat bread aroma, with some citrus, and a light whiff of pepper. Sweet, citrusy flavor with some wheat and a light American hop finish. Thicker than I expected. Not bad for an American Wheat. bigrond (1044), factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 8, 2005 Pours hazy golden with a soapy white head. Aroma of apple, grapefruit, yeast. Flavor is very fruity and sweet; raspberries, sugar, green apples, with a hint of apple skin bitterness. Mouth feel is smooth, and a tad thicker than most other wheats I’ve tried. Sorta coats the tongue. Finishes pretty dang clean, with just a hit of hop. Tasty. I’m not going to start trading my Bavarian witbier’s in for it, but still pretty good. Actually, the more substantial body makes this feel a little better in these cold winter months, so maybe it can be a winter wheat for some. JoeMcPhee (5000), Jackson Heights, New York, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 31, 2005 Pale golden colour and a creamy off-white head. Light pale malt and a hint of coriander citrus. Light-bodied, a bit of sweetness in the middle. Dry bready finish. I couldn’t pull out any ginger, nor any real hop character. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 29, 2005 A huge head topping a slightly orangey body. Cloudy. Strong aroma of wheat malt, and some simple syrup notes. Some spice , mild. Citric (warning, WARNING) and floral hop notes. Yet I was pleasantly surprised. This was not a traditional wheat beer in any sense, but the spices and hopping were at a low level that allowed them to integrate instead of overwhelming the thick, sweet, wheaty, yeasty, bready body. A strongly flavored beer that manages to be nice to drink. SoLan (1411), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 28, 2005 Clear gold. Dense, billowing, rocky, off white head raises an inch above the glass. Wheat and corriander with subtle malt and hops-aroma. Same flavor with some ginger creeping in. Light body, perfectly carbonated, refreshing. Clean finish. Great wheat beer.
