There was some head to it. The nose was that of a light citrus and wheat. Maybe a hint of spices and hops in there also. The taste was citrusy wheat, with some yeastiness. This was a solid wheat beer. Jeppe (2638), Ølbutikken, Denmark
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 13, 2004 Tall and foamy golden head, hazy golden body. Mild and fresh wheaty and citrusy aroma. Yeast, wheat and fruit specially oranges and citrus in the flavor. Fresh and easy and not as harsh as many weissbiers! TakushBrewer (19), Corvallis, Oregon, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Aug 29, 2004 22oz bottle. True wheat beer glass. Pours cloudy, tangerine orange, nice big white head. Strong, fruity, clove-pinapple, melon aroma. Flavor is good, palate is questionable. It is pretty good, but it is not refined, rough, i couldn;t drink more than one 22oz. I tried it in a regular pint glass too, it tastes like a whole different beer. Much worse, so drink it out of a tall wheat beer glass. I think a lemon would work well too.

I really liked the aroma, but i was thinking american wheat instead of hefe. Flavors of sweet oranges, pinneapple, and a nice hop bite in the finish. A great american wheat. THanks to Phillybeer2112 for the bottle! Walt (2289), Chicago, Illinois, USA

white with the flavor of coriander coming through. Refreshing. AlabastorJones (765), San Francisco, California, USA

Looks like grapefruit juice. Don’t even know what to say about the flavor. Not my favorite style and not a very impressive beer for the style. A disappointment from Rogue.
