Sampled at Pints for Pets. Like a Hefe-Wit - smells like wort, coriander, and ginger. Hoppy raw wort is the best way to describe it. Golden light clear with thin head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Bitter with coriander and ginger. Light wheat, not sweet. Hoppy and bitter, meh.

Pours a cloudy dark yellow (and grows more cloudy with every subsequent pour). Lots of yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle. The head starts off big-bubbled, but settles into a half-finger foamy, near white froth. Very nice lace. Blonde malty aromas. Enough hop to make it interesting. Nearly no wheat--reminds me of a mild APA. The taste does not match the smell profile, but in an interesting way. The is a very dry beer, which lends itself to some bitterness. It is soft on the tongue, without being too thick or oily. The spices are nearly non-apparent. Short-lived aftertaste, but it is nicely balanced.

Pours a hazy orange with a fluffy white head with nice lacing. Aroma is musty, smells of spice and apples, ginger, and that unmistakable saaz smell. Tastes pretty much the same as the nose. This beer is not all that great, unimpressive and over priced.

Oh yea. Sampled on tap at Mo’s in Florence. Pours so thick and cloudy. Goes down really nice. Dropped in one wedge of lemon but probably didnt need it. Quite a brew!

Bomber. Pours a large, rocky-fluffy, white head with a hazy, honey-golden body. Grainy, wheat malt aroma with some doughiness and some orange peel. Flavor is...pretty bland with. Basically some wheat malt, but I don’t get much else. Light, thin, mineraly texture with lively carbonation and bitter finish. I think the mineral water qualities of this beer cover up some of the other flavors that are lurking below.

Bomber. Not so clear orange body with a lazy white head. Smells of wheat malt and has a light sour tang, spice additions are even fainter. Medium body is soft and lightly chalky. Mineral water taste. Lightly bitter, pronounced grass and floral tones, a little unwelcome sourness in with the mild citrus. Can’t taste the ginger, but there is a sort of bite at the bottom. Definitely enjoyed this, but I wouldn’t have nailed this as a Hefeweizen.

Bottle. They say it’s brewed with ginger and coriander, but I don’t taste it. This beer doesn’t have the creaminess that most hefeweizens have. Very typical. So far the least impressive Rogue brew I have tried.

Bomber pours a slightly hazed, pale gold body with a small white head. Minimal lacing. Decent aroma has wheat, coriander, and lemon. Light body is briskly carbonated. Taste has wheat, lemony citrus, white pepper, and coriander. I don’t pick up the ginger. A refreshing wheat ale that is ideal for warm weather, but nothing exciting.
