May 17, 2009 Light wheaty aroma, a touch of sweetness and light spice. Pours hazy golden with no head. The flavor is spiced delicately with coriander, has hints of wheat malt, light sweetness and a relatively clean citrus finish. Drinkable and not unpleasant.

May 15, 2009 Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma has some wheat and a bit of the ginger. Flavor is some breadyness but i don’t really get any spice out of this. Just an average wheat beer and it has a few things going for it but not many.

May 14, 2009 Sl cloudy yellow but the head was a bit dead. A peppery aroma with some hop aroma in there too. Like others said, if I was told this was a lager I’d believe it. Wheat notes are faint, hop bitterness is good and the ginger adds some hot spicelness rather than flavour. This is showing its age and is a bit flabby and tired but would have been interesting in it’s youth.

May 12, 2009 22 oz bomber. Pours a hazy deep yellow in color with a frothy white head. The aroma is doughy, you can taste the coriander but not the ginger. I kind of like this blend of wheat and barley malts. It lends a certain sweetness to a usually dry style of beer. It is very smooth and almost creamy in texture. Very good.

May 12, 2009 Clear yellow beer with a thick white pillow of a head on it. Aroma of corn and sugar - much like you would expect from an international lager. Flavor is much more lager like than I would have expected too. Has some subtle yeasty spice to it, but also some pilsner like harsh hop bite. I can’t decide what to make of this one... if it was labeled a lager, I would have totally believed it.

Two fingers of fluffy white head
Feint smells of pepper and orange zest.
Taste was not very spicy, light hints of ginger, white pepper, citrus, a tad chalky form the pacman yeast, good carbonation, nice mouthfeel.

May 8, 2009 Pours a clear orange with a white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of citrus, ginger, wheat. Taste is similar however very spicy as well, especially in the finish. Not your typical hef. Not sure how I feel about this one, might have to re-rate sometime.
